Euler's formula: e^(iπ) + 1 = 0
Euler's formula e^(iπ) + 1 = 0 connects five of the most important mathematical constants: e, i, π, 1 and 0. Called 'the most beautiful formula in mathematics'. Richard Feynman called it 'our jewel'.

January 27 — e Day
January 27 (27.1 in European format ≈ 2.71) is celebrated as the unofficial e Day. Americans celebrate on February 7 (2/7 ≈ 2.7). Mathematicians debate the 'correct' date, which is itself rather irrational.
