The upside-down calculator is a classic school prank from the 1970s–80s. 8008 upside down reads as BOOB. Together with 5318008 (BOOBIES) and 0.7734 (hELL), these numbers formed the 'secret alphabet' of the pre-digital era.

Intel 8008 — the first microprocessor
Intel 8008 (1972) — the first 8-bit microprocessor in history. It contained 3,500 transistors and ran at 500–800 kHz. This is the predecessor of all modern processors, laying the foundation for x86 architecture.
