An adult human has 32 teeth, including four wisdom teeth. The full set forms by age 20–25. In dentistry, numbering from 1 to 32 is used for precise identification of each tooth.

32 degrees Fahrenheit is the freezing point of water, equivalent to 0°C. The scale was introduced by Daniel Fahrenheit in 1724 and is still used as the primary temperature scale in the USA.

32-bit architecture was the PC standard of the 1980s–2000s. Intel 80386 and Windows 95/XP were 32-bit. The number 32 = 2⁵ — the fifth power of two, a key number in computing.
